A custom house portrait is the perfect gift and piece of art to always remember your first home, your childhood house, as a housewarming gift for a friend or a closing gift if you're a realtor!

Each home is unique and meaningful. After purchasing this listing, Jenna will send a short questionnaire for you to share information and photos of the home, then she will create a one-of-a-kind illustration for you. *If you do not respond to the questionnaire within 1 week, your purchase will be refunded*

Details:

• You may choose a 5x7", 8x10", or 8.5x11" illustration. Custom illustrations will be printed on high-quality paper and mailed to you. You will also receive a digital copy of the illustration.
• You may choose to have text included in the illustration (such as the address, or the family name). This will be submitted in the questionnaire after purchasing.
• You may also choose to have up to 3 pets included in your illustration.
• Your custom home illustration will be mailed to you by mid December at the latest (in time for the holidays!)
• Each illustration is signed and carefully packaged in a clear sleeve with sturdy cardboard backing to ensure safe travel. These are un-framed illustrations.
• This is an artistic interpretation of the home, not an exact rendition. Colors may not be exact. These are all hand-drawn by Jenna.
• Jenna will email you the illustration before printing to confirm color, composition, etc. Small changes may be made before printing.
